Colussi Ermes L0130/017

The Colussi Ermes L0130/017 Type 2414 is a machine from the Colussi Ermes brand, designed for automatic washing of bins and transport containers used in the food industry.

How does the Colussi Ermes L0130/017 bin and vat washer work?
The washer uses high-pressure washing technology, combining the mechanical action of pressurized water jets with chemical agents, allowing effective removal of even stubborn residues from the surface of bins and containers. The machine is designed to wash containers of various shapes, heights, and dimensions, including square, round, plastic, steel, and wheeled containers.

The stainless steel construction with thick, insulated panels limits heat loss, while an advanced water extraction system allows the equipment to be reused almost immediately after a washing cycle is completed.

Key advantages of the Colussi Ermes L0130/017
The Colussi Ermes L0130/017 can wash between 20 and 120 containers per hour, depending on the program used and the type of bins being washed, making it a flexible solution for plants of varying production scale. The ability to program individual washing cycles tailored to customer needs, along with responsible chemical dosing, reduces media consumption and environmental impact.

Continuous monitoring of the washing process in line with HACCP standards, along with a mechanical lift system that eases service access, increase the safety and convenience of operating the machine. Its robust stainless steel construction and energy-efficient washing programs with multi-stage water heating ensure reliable operation under intensive use.
